Visits @ Elks Lodge is a staff tool run by Palo Alto Elks Lodge #1471 for seeing when members visited the lodge, which doors they used, and managing door access.

What we collect

When lodge staff sign in with Google, we receive their name and email address. We use them only to confirm that the person is on the lodge staff list and to record which staff member made a change.

The app copies the door system's swipe history from its API into the lodge's Visits spreadsheet and matches each card to the lodge's member records. It shows them to lodge admins.

How it is used and shared

This information is used only for lodge business. It is visible only to authorized lodge staff, and is never sold or shared with anyone outside the lodge.
